Nihat Gültekin

Nihat Gültekin was born in 1971 in the village of Girberan, near Bazid (Doğubayazıt), Ağrı, Turkey. He worked as a teacher from 1989 to 1991 and later served for three years as president of the Ahmedê Xanî Culture and Arts Association in Doğubayazıt. He researched and co-published five books on the Ahmedê Xanî Yearbook. His articles have appeared in various newspapers and magazines, and he has authored five books on the Zilan Massacre.
