This documentary recalls the Zilan Massacre of 1930 and tells the tragic story of a man who, at the age of eight, dreams of a place where a massacre had taken place. In his dream, he sees villagers and their animals at the site and vows to protect it when he grows up. Seventy-five years later, near the end of his life, he uses his own resources to build a stone memorial wall at a place known as Ada Xeybê, determined to prevent the suffering from being forgotten. One early morning, however, the state demolishes the wall in an attempt to erase the traces of the massacre. The film explores the destruction of collective memory, the suppression of mourning, and the stark truth that remains behind the demolished wall.
